"Sharp and constantly compelling. Highly recommend" ~The Salt Lake Tribune
“Do You Want to See Me Naked?” features a deceptively funny performance by Elizabeth Golden that champions body confidence and tears apart the objectification of women.
She makes us feel her conflicted emotions in a raw and unfiltered way.
“Do You Want to See Me Naked?” addresses female body positivity and self-love, combating rape culture through a satirical lens. This show reminded me that we as women should be proud to be entirely ourselves and not what we are trained to be. “Do You Want to See Me Naked?”

"This one woman monologue, written and directed by Morag Shepherd and starring Elizabeth Golden, is empowering, moving and endlessly witty." ~ The Blocks SLC

One line I found particularly enjoyable was, “I think it would be really satisfying if you left here and told everybody how bad this is,” particularly because the entire show was so good. YOU REALLY SHOULD SEE DO YOU WANT TO SEE ME NAKED (Utah Theatre Bloggers)
"Elizabeth Golden performs Morag Shepherd's script with a mix of blistering humor and uncomfortable self-exposure, sharing the complexities of being a woman, a Mormon and a person of not-model-svelte size."
~ Scott Renshaw, City Weekly

Theatre like this doesn’t happen often. To experience emotion so deeply was freeing. To feel hot tears on my cheeks and I wasn’t even aware that I was crying. I hope you will find yourself here because I promise, you do want to see her naked.
Sackerson’s Do You Want to See Me Naked? is a Unique, Poignant, Beautiful Experience at the Great Salt Lake Fringe (Front Row Reviewers)

Among Sackerson’s 2017 slate of consistently outstanding productions of original plays and theatrical works that are rarely presented in the Intermountain West region, Morag Shepherd’s Do You Want To See Me Naked? stands out most prominently as a defining Utah Enlightenment moment. Premiered last summer at the Great Salt Lake Fringe Festival, the work earned several honors at the event and recently has been given several performances before the show will be produced at the upcoming Tucson Fringe Festival. Shepherd’s writing, rendered with exceptional impact by Elizabeth Golden and musical accompaniment by violinist Ysa Pitman, is incisive in “showcasing hugely rewarding comedic counterpoint about intimacy and exhibitionism,” as noted in a review published in August at The Utah Review.
